A briefing,
not a genre
We start from adjectives, not musical styles. Warm, discreet, cosmopolitan — your brand’s character translates into concrete criteria: vocal/instrumental balance, eras, production standard and a clear list of what will never play in your space. We favour discoveries over recognisable hits: overly familiar music becomes the protagonist — and the protagonist should be your space.
The day as
narrative
Breakfast doesn’t sound like late afternoon. We programme energy arcs across the day: soft and spacious in the morning, moderate presence at lunch, density and warmth building towards aperitivo hour. The ambience follows the natural rhythm of your service.
Cohesion in
every transition
We sequence so that consecutive tracks are close in tempo, key and production character, with consistent perceived volume. No jumps that pull attention — the music is felt, not noticed.
Rotation and
freshness
No repeats within the same shift, spacing between artists and regular renewal of the selections. Neither your regulars nor your team feel fatigue — the most common complaint about generic music services.
